SCOTT SEDITA
Scott Sedita, award-winning acting coach, best-selling author and TV personality, is one of the most well respected and busiest acting
coaches in Hollywood.
Recently, Scott was seen in the Showtime series “La La Land.” Last year, Scott starred in the VH1 reality show “New York Goes To Hollywood” as well as MTV’s “My Perfect Life.” In the past, he’s starred in the E! series “Fight For Fame,” USA Network’s “Character Fantasy,” Fox Sports Network’s “Helmets Off, ” MTV’s “Adventures In Hollyhood” and Bravo’s “Faking It.” He is also the author of the best-selling books, “The Eight Characters of Comedy, A Guide to Sitcom Acting and Writing” and “Scott Sedita’s Guide To Making It In Hollywood. 3 Steps to Success. 3 Steps to Failure.”
A graduate of Boston University’s Film and Television program, Scott has more than 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry. He began his career in New York as a talent agent, where he helped to launch the careers of many of today’s top stars, including Courteney Cox, Matt LeBlanc, Teri Polo, Christopher Meloni, Dylan Walsh, Jerry O’Connell and Vincent D’Onofrio just to name a few.
In 1990, Scott relocated to Los Angeles where he worked as a sitcom writer for Howie Mandel, Bobcat Goldthwait and others. In the mid-90s, Scott worked as a casting director for Danny Goldman Casting until launching his Scott Sedita Acting Studios in 1998.
Today, Scott and his staff teach the craft of acting to the hundreds of actors who walk through his doors on a weekly basis. Scott has taught many hot new actors who have become series regulars on such shows as "True Blood," “Gossip Girl,” “90210,” “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Better With You,” Castle,” “Teen Wolf” “Pretty Little Liars,” and “Zeke and Luther” to name a few.
“The Eight Characters of Comedy” has become a textbook for colleges and universities, as well as a “bible” to comedy writers and producers all over the world. Scott is a Comedy Consultant on sitcoms in the United States and Canada.
Scott has appeared on numerous TV talk shows and can be heard on radio stations around the world as the “Hollywood Expert.” He’s been the feature story in such publications as Hollywood Reporter, Soap Opera Digest, Inside TV, Backstage and TV Soap to name a few. He has also appeared on “Entertainment Tonight,” “Extra,” and “Access Hollywood.” KTLA Channel 5 did a story on Scott entitled “Where Young Hollywood Goes and Studies” and referred to him as “one of the hottest coaches in town.”

Deborah quayle
Deborah has been a well-respected acting coach and instructor for the last 10 years, and has had over 20 years of experience working in the entertainment industry. In addition to her private coaching, she previously taught drama and audition technique at Chad McCord's Actors Studio. She began her professional training in NYC where she completed the 2-year Meisner program with William Esper. She continued her training by studying script analysis and a range of acting techniques with other noted professionals. She has been a series regular on ABC's daytime drama "Loving" and UPN's "Dangerous Women". She has worked in theatre in NYC and Los Angeles, can be seen often in film and television, and on numerous national commercials. Recent acting credits include "House", the ABC pilot "Football Wives" directed by Bryan Singer and the feature film "Audrey". She has been a member of SSAS for the past three years.

ELIZABETH BAUMAN

Elizabeth
Bauman has taught at The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute
both in New York and Los Angeles, and at Scott Sedita's Acting
Studios for the past ten years. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Acting from
New York University's Tisch School of The Arts, a Masters Degree in Educational
Theatre from NYU and a Masters Degree in Drama Therapy from The Drama
Therapy Institute Of Los Angeles.
She has privately coached and taught thousands of adults, teens, and children.
She has worked with and counseled children and teens in group homes,
rehabilitation centers, the developmentally disabled, and those on the autistic
spectrum as well as in her private practice.
Elizabeth is a new director and filmmaker. Her last two short
films were made Official Selections at The Los Angeles International
Children's Film Festival and The San Francisco International
Childrens Film Festival. Her films showed with distinction
at The Kids Space Museum in Pasadena as well at The Wondercon
Theatre in San Francisco. Elizabeth usually casts many roles
from her students since they have a rapport, common working
language. Her book Private Stories Monologues for Young Actors
ages 8-16 is sold at Samuel French Bookstores, Borders and Barnes
and Noble.

patrick munoz
Patrick
teaches Nuts and Bolts, the foundational acting class at the
studio. He is a highly regarded voice and speech coach in Hollywood
and the resident speech teacher at the studio.
He is a graduate
of Dartmouth College and holds an MFA in Acting from Temple
University in Philadelphia. As an actor, he has appeared in
CBS' "The Agency" and regional theaters across the
country, including the Berkshires, Meadowbrook, Old Globe, and
many times at the Laguna Playhouse.
As a voiceover artist, Patrick has recorded for Blockbuster,
Sega, The Luxor Hotel, and the educational series "PK's
Place".
Patrick has been a dialect coach for CBS's top-rated series
"Without a Trace" and coached actors for big-budget
as well as independent movies, including "Van Helsing",
"Imagining Argentina", "Masked and Anonymous",
and "Head in the Clouds". He has coached for "LA
Dragnet" and was featured on the Discovery Channel's "Joy
of Lex". His clients include Penelope Cruz, Eva Longoria,
and Roselyn Sanchez.

Tony Rago
Tony
Rago has been studying and acting since the age of nine. With
over fifty theatrical productions under his belt, Tony moved
to Los Angeles from Chicago to focus on film and television.
He has directed three short films, one of which was an homage
to the great silent comedians and another which received critical
acclaim. Tony co-founded WaWa Productions, which made the award winning short film, Rimshot. He also is a member of the ACME Comedy Theatre’s
improv and sketch companies. Currently, he is producing, writing, and starring in the mob comedy webseries, Whacked.
Tony also travels around the country with a scripted and
improvised murder mystery, and recently went over seas to Bosnia
with the show to perform for the troops on a USO tour. He initially joined the
Scott Sedita Acting Studio as a student and has been seen in the
live game show The Comedy Competition.
